Really, Stephen?...

Are we specks of dust
     never touching earth
floating in the sky
     or flecks of color
reflecting nothing
     in a grand Cosmic Eye?
Did we begin with a bang
     and will we (as has been said )
we end in a whimper?
     Sometimes i feel the answer
is obvious and so simple;
     It doesn't really matter,
the beginning or the end
     what lies between is the miracle;
there is where you feel
     the touch of God's hand...
